Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Challenge Unilabs to standardize and adopt

- box processes, considering best practices and operational efficiency. - Deliver engagement and
- gap sessions based on process knowledge and solutions. - Manage stakeholders to align and understand design challenges, ensuring comprehensive process solutions across business areas.
- Oversee task management within the process team to meet project deliverables.
- Design requirements, create Functional Design Documents, develop SIT test scripts, support testing, and facilitate
- offs. - Work with Global Process Owners to identify and track KPIs, and seek opportunities for process innovation and efficiency.
- Support change requests and evaluate process improvements.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, IT, and other departments for project alignment.
- Serve as the main contact for process design issues and collaborate with
- party support organizations.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop analytics and reporting tools to monitor process performance.
- Generate reports on project status, metrics, and improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to process changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
Training & Support:
- Provide training on process tools and practices to team members and
- users.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Expertise in D365 (FO) modules and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems, data analysis tools, and process automation.
Soft Skills:
- Team player with adaptability, critical thinking, and
- solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a
- paced environment.
