Position Summary
As a Process Mapping & Improvement Expert, you will lead initiatives in process mapping and improvement, supporting clients to identify focus areas for enhancement. You will manage continuous improvement projects, focusing on simplifying, standardizing, and digitalizing activities to boost operational efficiency.
A Day in the Life
- Understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
- Leveraging team expertise in process simplification and improvement using Continuous Improvement Methods & Tools (Lean and BPM).
- Optimizing workflows based on client requirements, with a focus on digitalization, streamlining, and standardization.
- Conducting process mapping (AS IS and TO BE).
- Facilitating meetings to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Applying solutions focused on productivity, digital services, and automation of repetitive processes.
- Managing projects and monitoring continuous improvement indicators.
- Reducing waste through Lean methodologies.
What Will Make You Successful
- Mandatory background in Finance.
- Practical experience with BPMn and tools like Bizagi, Visio, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point). - Project leadership skills, including planning, progress management, barrier removal, change management, conflict resolution, and consensus building.
- Ability to identify root causes of pain points and establish improvement opportunities.
- Experience in mapping and redesigning processes with tangible productivity or business value gains.
- Strong organizational and workshop facilitation skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or DMAIC projects.
