Position Summary
As a Process Mapping & Improvement Specialist, you will lead Process Mapping & Improvement initiatives, supporting clients to identify focus areas for improvement. You will manage continuous improvement projects to simplify, standardize, and digitalize activities for enhanced operational efficiency.
A day in the life of. . .
- Understand and address client needs effectively.
- Leverage the team’s expertise in process simplification and improvement, using Continuous Improvement Methods and Tools (Lean and BPM) to their maximum potential.
- Optimize workflows based on client requirements, aiming to simplify, streamline, digitize, and standardize activities for maximum efficiency.
- Perform Process Mapping (AS IS and TO BE).
- Conduct meetings to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
- Apply solutions focused on productivity, digitalization of services, and automation of repetitive processes.
- Lead projects and monitor continuous improvement indicators.
- Drive waste reduction using Lean methodology.
- Monitor progress of initiatives and report project status.
What Will Make You Successful
- Practical BPMN experience with tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or similar.
- Ability to prepare project documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point). - Ability to lead projects, including task planning, progress management, change requests, conflict resolution, and building consensus.
- Ability to identify and solve root causes of pain points in processes and establish improvement opportunities.
- Experience in mapping and redesigning processes with tangible productivity or business value gains.
- Strong organization and workshop facilitation skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean / DMAIC projects.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
- Background in Finance (preferred).
