Your Role

• Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain data models and visualizations for process mining while exploring and evaluating new related technologies.
• User Support and Consulting: Support and consult users in process mining to ensure effective usage.
• Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with
  - functional teams to understand business processes and user requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Contribute to technical documentation and results documentation.
• Community Engagement and Outreach: Support process mining community and outreach activities.

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Software Engineering, IT Administration, or Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Programming Abilities: Experience in at least one programming language is an advantage.
• Tools and Systems: Proficiency in data manipulation with at least one widely used database system, especially SQL, stored procedures, or Data Building Tool; familiarity with ETL tools, processes, and/or middleware (e. g. , MS SSIS) is a plus.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Experience in data visualization and interpretation.
• Working Style: Proactive, structured with strong communication skills and a
  - oriented mindset.
• Language skills: Fluent in English.
