Process Quality Management Support

This position involves joining a newly created team responsible for transverse activities in Quality for Customer Services & Cross-Programmes, focusing on quality process management, standards integration, and
- centric strategies. The role is split between Process Quality Management and Quality Standards deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent application of process management guidelines in line with EN9100 standards.
- Maintain and improve the process referential including documentation and process networks.
- Support process management teams in improving process maturity and compliance.
- Lead quality standards deployment, including defining strategies and customizing standards for Customer Services.
- Drive mindset change towards quality and foster integration of standards into processes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in aerospace engineering, quality management, or similar.
- Professional experience in quality management.
- Knowledge of quality management methods (e. g. , PPS, 9S, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa, FMECA, APQP).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer orientation skills.
- Fluent in English; French is desirable.
- Experience with MS Office and G Suite.
