Process Transformation Specialist

The role involves process design and automation, business requirements evaluation, system harmonization,
- project management, implementation and development, communication & collaboration, education, experience & skills, ways of working, and languages.

• Analyze global and regional needs to ensure systems are aligned using harmonized templates for financial processes.
• Review business needs for order management, including customer communication, and design clear, efficient processes that meet both business and technical goals.
• Align systems and templates with financial reporting rules and legal standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Manage tasks that span multiple projects, including adapting guidelines and documenting changes to accounting instructions (AIFG).
• Lead process improvements from concept to
  - live, creating solutions that work for both business and IT teams.

• Educational background in business studies or economics or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Professional experience in
  - related solutions, preferably with SAP S4, as well as expertise in Lead-to-Cash processes is necessary.
• A good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and other
  - related solutions is essential.
• Hands-on experience and expertise in SAP SD, knowledge of agile project methodology, experience in a global environment, operational business experience, intercultural experience, and affinity for IT are highly valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
• Business proficiency in English is a must.
