What you will do:
- Analyze
- reported issues to identify opportunities for remote resolution, reducing unnecessary field visits - Collaborate with stakeholders involved in the installation and support of B2’s Solar, Storage, and Electric Mobility solutions to develop
- contact resolution strategies - Partner with Field Management to optimize installation processes and reduce the volume of
- sales service requests - Conduct
- site visits to evaluate
- reported issues and determine responsibility—whether it lies with EDP, partners, or clients - Contribute to the analysis and development of processes and documentation that enable effective resolution across all support lines
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to design new installation solutions and improve troubleshooting methods
- Manage relationships and performance of Field Service and Call Center providers

What are we looking for:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Experience using workforce management (WFM) software
- Excellent knowledge of electrical systems
- Strong expertise in solar, energy storage, and electric mobility
- Deep understanding of the solar installation process, energy storage, and electric mobility
- Experience in field service or solar technical support for energy storage and electric mobility
- Willingness to travel frequently nationwide
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Aptitude for designing processes and procedures
- Structured thinking with the ability to organize complex workflows
- Familiarity with call center and
- office operations - Demonstrated teamwork, communication, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and
- solving ability
