Overview

Procure to Pay Analyst for Servicing Team at BNP Paribas CIB.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Resolution: analyze and resolve workflow items in the system to ensure the booking of supplier invoices and respond to information requests in a timely manner.
• Handle requests via email from internal customers or external suppliers and manage workflows to ensure accurate supplier invoice bookings.
• Provide input to improve request resolution and contribute to continuous improvement; follow up Purchase Orders (POs) by sending reminders and managing PO receptions.
• Open or close Purchase Orders via email requests from internal customers; ensure POs are closed based on defined aging rules.
• Habilitation and update of the Matrix: add or remove One
  Capp profiles and maintain matrix data as requested.
• One
  Capp Purchase Orders creation: manage requests for PO creation under the team scope.
• Prepare documentation for
  - up meetings and circulate meeting summaries highlighting action points.
• Maintain daily updates of the
  - tracking file in accordance with team guidelines.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role and organisation.
• Knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power
  Point).
• Fluency in English.
• Analytical and
  - solving skills; ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
• Customer orientation, active listening, dynamic and proactive, accurate and rigorous.
• Strong communication skills.
