Procure to Pay Process and Project Analyst
About the Job
The P2P Process and project analyst is in charge of functional design, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the standard sourcing‑to‑pay solutions platform and related processes, until accounting feeding. The analyst intervenes on several SAP platforms and modules to contribute to convergence to a unique core model.
Responsibilities
- Ensure functional analysis of different modules of the application in line with the sourcing‑to‑pay core model.
- Capture business requirements and propose the most adequate functional solution within SAP standards and the core model; liaise with IT in case of adaptation, document requests, define, develop, and execute client dashboard data, and operational KPI reporting data.
- Define testing and migration strategies & planning, providing test scenarios and follow‑up on UAT testing activities, including new deployment projects.
- Follow the release management calendar and plan follow‑up with IT teams (contribute to team leader).
- Accompany internal clients on the right use of the solutions, including documentation and training sessions for end users or operational teams.
- Handle incident management as part of level‑2 support.
- Provide updated process documentation.
- Manage non‑regression test methodology, platforms, and tools as part of product evolutions.
- Maintain group master data management (chart of accounts, asset categories, VAT codes).
- Manage the interface with the accounting reconciliation tool between SAP and the general ledger.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance or project management and consulting.
- Up to 2 years of experience in data analytics.
- Finance & budget – finance/tax knowledge.
- Proficiency in SAP/Navigation, ERP, and SAP Business Objects.
- Fluent in English.
- Client‑focused, results driven, attention to detail/rigor, analytical ability.
- Ability to develop and adapt processes.
