Opportunity: Procurement & Export Logistics Specialist

Based in our new Lisbon office | Markets: Africa – Oil & Gas

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of industrial clients based in Africa (Oil, Construction, Food Processing, Manufacturing). Organized and versatile, you will thrive in international purchasing, logistics management and export sales.

Mission: Your daily tasks will be divided into 3 key areas

1. Sales – Account management and business development

Increase turnover and margins

Receive and process price inquiries and commercial offers

Identify new opportunities and markets

Manage pricing, bids, supply chain projects and contracts

2. Sourcing and Purchasing

Search and qualify new suppliers

Initiate RFQs and tenders

Analyze proposals and evaluate suppliers

Prepare and send purchase orders

3. Export ADV – Prepare and
- up international shipments

Prepare export documentation

Ship goods

Support debt recovery

Desired Profile

At least 3 year of experience in the mentioned areas

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Knowledge of international buying/selling techniques and Incoterms

Fluent in Portuguese and English. French is a plus

Meticulous, organized, resilient and motivated by a challenging environment
