YOUR PROFILE

HOW YOU’LL BE KILLING IT:

• You possess a bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable program.
• You have 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar environment.
• You are familiar with SAP S/4HANA and ideally with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or similar demand and supply planning tools.
• You are proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, BOX, and possibly Trace
  Link.
• You understand regulatory requirements for product labeling (QRD, Sm
  PC).
• You demonstrate team player qualities, a focus on improvement,
  - oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• You have proven
  - solving and conflict resolution skills.
• You possess strong analytical skills.

YOUR TASKS

THE CORE OF YOUR TASKS:

• Create, monitor, and maintain
  -
  - end supply and inventory plans, ensuring they align with business strategies and constraints, and provide system availability for all supply chain configurations.
• Balance forecast and demand, prevent
  - outs and overstocking, and automate product ordering.
• Challenge and validate sales forecasts before acceptance.
• Collaborate effectively with interface partners such as Sales, Quality, Artworks, and Logistics, and assess project impacts on volumes and inventory.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, execute purchase orders, and follow up accordingly.
• Perform ABC/XYZ classification, ensure accurate master data, leverage planning systems, and maintain relevant planning parameters.
• Manage production schedules for pharmaceutical products efficiently.
• Plan resource utilization to meet demand, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards.
• Support operational activities in pharmaceutical artwork management, monitor artwork development, and resolve related issues with suppliers or printing houses.
