Position: Procurement & Supply Chain Allrounder (m/f/x)

Location: Porto, Antalya, Riga or remote (Portugal/Turkey/Latvia)

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, monitor, and maintain
  -
  - end supply and inventory plans aligned with business strategies and constraints.
• Ensure system availability for current and future supply chain configurations.
• Balance forecast and demand, prevent
  - outs and overstocking, and automate product ordering.
• Challenge and validate sales forecasts before acting on them.
• Collaborate with interface partners like Sales, Quality, Artworks, and Logistics on project impacts and strategic decisions.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, execute, and follow up on purchase orders.
• Perform ABC/XYZ classification, maintain accurate master data, and monitor planning parameters.
• Manage production schedules for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Plan resource utilization efficiently to meet demand, delivery, and quality standards.
• Support operational activities in pharmaceutical artwork management, including issue resolution with suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related environment.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and ideally SAP IBP or similar planning tools.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and possibly Trace
  Link.
• Knowledge of product labeling regulations (QRD, Sm
  PC).
• Strong teamwork, improvement focus,
  - driven attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Proven
  - solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
