For our Procurement team, we are looking for a reliable,
- driven, and highly motivated Procurement Administrator (m/f/d) who is interested in improving and maintaining procurement processes in a
- paced and international environment.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Maintenance and improvement of procurement processes and tools
• Assisting procurement managers in vendor sourcing, NDA collection, RFP management, invoicing, etc.
• Collaborating with
  - functional teams: legal, finance, data protection, infosecurity, etc.
• Analyzing data to prepare negotiations and support smart
  - making
• Conducting market research

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Experience abroad
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Google tools (Gsheet, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms
