For our Procurement team, we are looking for a reliable,
- driven, and highly motivated Procurement Administrator (m/f/d) who is interested in improving and maintaining procurement processes in a
- paced and international environment.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve procurement processes and tools
• Assist procurement managers with vendor sourcing, NDA collection, RFP management, invoicing, etc.
• Communicate and collaborate with
  - functional teams such as legal, finance, data protection, and info security
• Analyze data to support negotiations and
  - making
• Conduct market research
• Support vendor negotiations

Requirements for Success:

• Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or project management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience abroad
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Google tools (or Microsoft Office), especially Gsheet/Excel
• Knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms
