Job Description:
We are seeking a
- oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will provide critical analytical support to senior members of the Procurement team, ensuring
- driven
- making and optimization of procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytical Support: Provide comprehensive analytical support to senior procurement team members
- Data Maintenance: Maintain and analyze procurement data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize spend.
- Category Spend Analysis
- Reporting Skills to C-Levels
- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform
- benefit analyses to evaluate procurement options and ensure alignment with financial objectives. - Performance KPIs: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Supplier Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure they meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations.

- making. - Supplier Segmentation: Segment suppliers based on various criteria to optimize procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships effectively.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement analytics or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power
BI, . . . - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and
- solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
