Procurement Analyst - Telco & Tech Lisboa

Position Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our growing procurement team. In this role, you will support
-
- day purchasing activities, assist with managing supplier relationships, and help to optimise our procurement processes. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient and
- effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate and
  -
  - date procurement records and reports using Excel
• Support the
  -
  - end procurement cycle — from requisition to payment
• Liaise with suppliers for quotes, order confirmations, and delivery schedules
• Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with finance and other teams to ensure correct documentation and coding
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the procurement function

Requirements

Must Have

• Advanced Excel skills - comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
• Experience with Net
  Suite or another ERP system
• Experience in sourcing events and procurement tools (e. g. , Ivalua, Coupa, etc)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
  - paced environment
• A proactive,
  - do attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
• Familiarity with contract terms and supplier management
