Procurement Analyst - Telco & Tech
Position Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our growing procurement team. In this role, you will support

- day purchasing activities, assist with managing supplier relationships, and help to optimise our procurement processes. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient and

- date procurement records and reports using Excel - Support the

- end procurement cycle — from requisition to payment - Liaise with suppliers for quotes, order confirmations, and delivery schedules
- Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving discrepancies
- Collaborate with finance and other teams to ensure correct documentation and coding
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the procurement function
Requirements
Must Have
- Advanced Excel skills - comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken
- Experience with Net
Suite or another ERP system - Experience in sourcing events and procurement tools (e. g. , Ivalua, Coupa, etc)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
- paced environment - A proactive,
- do attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Familiarity with contract terms and supplier management
