Overview

Procurement Analyst Trainee at Nokia. This is a 12-month internship within the CNS Procurement Excellence function, focusing on Procurement Process, Digitalization, Quality, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Governance, and related areas.

Position: Internship | Start date (tentative): October 2025 | Location: On-site in Amadora, Portugal

Education Recommendations: Bachelor's or MSc completed or in progress in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related area with an accredited school in Portugal

What you will contribute and learn

• Process Automation
• Process performance Digitalization
• AI-enabled contracting using Gen AI tools and prompt engineering
• Deep insight into procurement processes
• Gain insights into financial planning, synchronizing supply and demand across operations
• Participate in real customer projects, contributing to operational success
• Foster
  - functional teamwork and support strategic sourcing initiatives

Key Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or MSc degree completed or in progress in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related area
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and a
  - oriented mindset
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power
  Apps, and other
  - code platforms for automation; familiarity with Gen AI tools and techniques (Chat
  GPT, Gemini, MS Copilot); prompt engineering
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power
  Point

Nice to have

• Project Management Skills
• Experience with business intelligence tools
