Job Purpose

We are looking for a Package Engineer to join our multicultural team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves managing external suppliers within our package management team for the Flexibles pipes and Umbilical product line, adhering to Technip
FMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budgets, with a focus on quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

1. Write material requisitions and assess bidder compliance.
2. Serve as the technical interface between suppliers, engineering teams, procurement, and clients.
3. Analyze industry standards (ASTM, API, ISO, EN, ASME, AWS, NORSOK, DNV, ABS, etc. ) and match supplier constraints with TPFMC’s design requirements.
4. Manage suppliers during manufacturing, including
   - site visits, up to final inspection and delivery, focusing on HSE, planning, technical solutions, cost, quality, and inspections.

You are meant for this job if:

• You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Materials, Naval, Aerospace) with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• You have a strong basic knowledge of engineering principles.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for this management role.
• You demonstrate good organizational and
  - solving skills.
• You are capable of working in a
  - oriented environment and project culture.
• You have a good command of English.
