Job Summary

Keyrus isseeking aBusiness Documentation Specialist – Procurementwho will play a key role in theDocumentation Factory team working on a strategic
- management program focused on documenting end-to-end procurement processes.

Your mission is to deliver high-quality functional documentation by H1 2026, supporting a functional audit planned for H2 2026.

This position is a hybridpositioninLisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft business procedures and end-to-end “Procure to Pay” (P2P) processes.
• Develop clear and detailed flowcharts using Microsoft Visio.
• Produce operational guides, step-by-step instructions, Quick Cards, and User Guides to support the rollout of the PYSB2P solution.
• Ensure documentation remains functional/business-oriented only (no technical specs).
• Follow andapplymandateddocumentation templates (Visio, Word).

Requirements for the role

• 3 to 6years of experience in process documentation, business procedures, or procurement operations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, particularly Procure to Pay (P2P).
• Hands-on experiencewith procurement tools, such as Ivalua /Coupa /Ariba /Oracle Procurement Cloud /Jaggaer /GEP SMART /Precoro /Procure
  Desk
• Proven ability to create business procedures, process maps, and flowcharts.
• Proficiency in Visio for process design.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• French skills (not mandatory, but an asset).
• Experience working in large international environments or financial institutions is a good to have.
• Must be a Portugueseor Europeancitizen or have a work permit for Portugal
