We are an electricity producer from wind, solar, hydro, biomass and storage and also a service provider to 3rd party clients such as Development, EPC, O&M and Distribution. Today we are in 20 countries, split among 4 continents, and offering a global operating capacity to our clients. We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014. _Our **Procurement Department** is looking for a **Procurement Assistant**, who will have the following responsibilities:

- Handle requests for information, quotations, and proposals;



- Support the negotiation with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives;



- Work with the Operations Managers overseas to guarantee the best subcontractor services for all portfolios to improve and optimize the external service costs;



- Documents performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects;



- Support the evaluationof current and potential suppliers in coordination with QSE Department;



- Worldwide support for all O&M Sales and O&M Managers and new prospection countries;



- Building relationshipswith suppliers/subcontractors and company’s solar organization;



- Support the collaboration with stakeholders to align and drive negotiation of contracts;



- RFQ for new subcontractors. **REQUIREMENTS**- Degree in fields of Supply Chain, Engineering or Management;



- Experience in procurement, sourcing, and logistics (preferred);



- Excellent MS Office domain;



- English fluency is mandatory (French would be a plus). **KEY SKILLS**- Ability to communicate with colleagues, suppliers, and clients;
