Mission: Responsible for ensuring the monitoring and development of various platforms implemented and/or to be implemented in Procurement, ensuring the collection and processing of purchasing information to feed
- house tools. Ensure the monitoring and
- up of the department's KPIs using BI tools and ensure the availability and accuracy of information on the department's results to the Board and its internal Clients, disseminating the information to the various companies in the group.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a Global Purchasing platform to manage the group's global purchases and meet the needs of different internal customers, in order to have visibility of purchases, savings obtained and cost allocation to their areas, including the planning and implementation of management tools and
  -
  - end monitoring of purchasing processes for all customers;
• Define and implement frameworks focused on measuring and improving Procurement KPIs, enhancing the development and implementation of automated reports in Microsoft Power
  BI;
• Responsible for the execution, analysis and presentation of Purchasing reports to the Executive Committee and periodic reports on the department’s performance and results;
• Analyze from a financial and business point of view (ad-hoc) sourcing, optimization, reduction and continuous improvement projects where Procurement is involved, always with the help of project monitoring tools and consequent reporting tools;
• Propose and prepare procedures and/or instructions regarding methodologies and tasks, respectively, performed in the exercise of their functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related fields;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the role (either in Procurement or in Analysis and processing of information data);
• Proficient English;
• Knowledge of Data Analysis and BI tools, namely Power BI or Qlik
  Sense;
• Knowledge of SAP in the purchasing areas, including FI and MM.
