About The Job

The Procurement Front Officer Trainee’s main mission is to work closely with all business lines and BNP Paribas functions to analyze the value chain, identify resources or processes that the Group would benefit from buying, sharing, or mutualizing. To deliver on time and with the best commercial conditions, quality of products and services at the Territory level, Territory Procurement manages relationships with suppliers, supports lifecycle management, disseminates Procurement norms and best practices, promotes cost efficiency initiatives, and fosters Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) engagement.

Your Main Activities Are

• Support the definition of the procurement local strategy and action plan.
• Assist Internal Clients, such as Local Procurement teams.
• Maintain close relationships with Suppliers and Service providers by optimizing the suppliers portfolio according to the entities' strategy.
• Provide supplier support, including lifecycle management, onboarding,
  - up,
  - boarding, and ongoing support like claims and queries.
• Execute procurement actions such as internal request analysis, consultation processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP), negotiations, and contract management.
• Foster cost savings from procurement actions and report local and global savings.
• Participate in continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.
• Contribute to disseminating procurement norms and guidelines across the Territory.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Client-focused mindset.
• Ability to develop and adapt processes.
