Definir e executar a política de Procurement em alinhamento com a estratégia da TIBA Portugal e do Grupo Romeu. Negociar contratos e gerir fornecedores estratégicos. Liderar e desenvolver a equipa de Procurement. Estabelecer e monitorizar KPIs e métricas de desempenho. Colaborar com outras áreas da empresa para identificar e satisfazer necessidades de aquisição. Garantir compliance, eficiência e transparência nos processos de compras.
