About Responsibilities

The main mission will be:

You will support procurement operations by managing key administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. You will also assist in contract lifecycle management, contribute to supplier evaluation processes, and help ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements:

• Lead and streamline the procurement process at KLx, apply the Procurement policy of the company, ensuring that it follows locally the group vendor and procurement policies, strategic objectives, and compliance standards.
• Manage and validate purchase requests, coordinating all related activities to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Rate and vet all new and existing suppliers and manage corresponding contracts.
• Conduct Requests for Proposal (RFPs), evaluate supplier options, and negotiate optimal terms for designated purchasing categories
• Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders, ensuring completeness and adherence to internal procedures
• Ensure the integration of mandatory contractual clauses in all agreements, with the assistance of the group legal department, maintaining consistency with group directives
• Maintain a centralized and
  - to date contract database, ensuring accessibility, traceability, and audit readiness
• Monitor compliance with contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs), proactively identifying and reporting deviations or risks
• Coordinate delegated purchasing processes, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines and requirements are met
• Support delegated buyers throughout the RFP process, presenting viable options and facilitating informed
  - making
• Manage and nurture relationships with key suppliers (KYS), maintaining accurate records and fostering
  - term partnerships
• Apply and enforce risk management protocols and ESG/ESR principles across all procurement activities
• Prepare and present regular procurement performance reports to the management team, supporting strategic
  - making
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance through effective negotiations, contract optimization, and service reviews
• Represent the procurement function at all relevant steering or project committees.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
• Proven track record of 5 years in procurement and sourcing, preferably within the IT industry;
• Experience in organizing
  - functional teams in a matrix organization;
• Proven track record of improving supplier performance;
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on supplier performance improvement;
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems effectively;
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at many levels;
• Independent work style,
  - on mentality, and analytical thinking;
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English, proficiency in French is a plus;
• Proficient in MS Office.
