The purpose of this role is to provide support to service delivery, value for money and best practice through Professional Procurement activities, such as:
- Provides analytical support to more senior members of procurement on major procurement projects;
- Stakeholder engagementand management;
- Proficiently runs strategic sourcing exercises enabled by our electronic sourcing tool, category management and supplier relationship management techniques to deliver operational and cost improvements;
- Supporting
- functional project teams to deliver sourcing projects effectively;
- Contributes to developing process improvements, as applicable;
- Data retrieval and analysis and, where appropriate, seeks automations and improvements for repetitive analysis;
- Supports work onsustainable procurement projects. The Procurement Specialist will support the Head of Procurement as well as Procurement Operations Lead in execution of administrative tasks according to defined

- pay processes. This role will be involved in activities including contracting, purchase request, goods receipting, and vendor invoice management. **What will be your responsibilities? **- Oversee all aspects of the contracting process related to

- pay processes (agency hires, independent contractors, Inter-company Vendors and other outsourced services. ). This will include performing vendor due diligence, initiation of contract drafts, tracking of contracts, and obtaining necessary approvals needed through the contract approval process, which includes working with multiple teams across dentsu;
- Ensure the processes are adhered to and provides status updates as needed back to business teams. The process will include working on and maintaining all legal artifacts related to ‘contracting’ with agencies, such as Master Services Agreements (MSA), Intercompany Agreements (ICA), Statement of Works (SOW), and Work Orders;
- Creation of vendor Purchase Orders including necessary alignments with requestors from business, finance, legal, HR, office management, IT etc;
- Supporting the business in performing appropriate goods receipting against purchase orders, including archiving evidence of services provided for audit and compliance purposes;
- Management of the Merkle DACH Procurement Shared Inbox;
- Support the finance team in vendor invoice matching by coordinating between vendors or internal stakeholders to speed up the invoice payment**Qualifications**- Minimum 2 years experience in IT Operations or Service Management;
- Excellent sense of customer service, Result-oriented mindset, with strong focus on pushing tasks to completion daily;
- Flexibility in adapting to and responding quickly to changing priorities and deadlines with a high sense of urgency;
- Ability to buildand maintain strong working relationships across functional and reporting levels;
- Proficient English language skills mandatory;
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written);
- Proficiency withdata capture and maintenance of master data records according to approval workflows;
