Your Mission
We are looking for a proactive Procurement Operational Analyst to support and enhance

- day procurement operations. This role is essential in ensuring purchase requests, purchase orders (POs), and related processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with internal controls and business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, initiative, a continuous improvement mindset, and is comfortable navigating
- functional collaboration with Finance, AP, FP&A, and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Purchase Order (PO) Management: Create and manage POs, including the creation of Regular Third Party and Intercompany POs; update existing POs; close POs in SAP; support business stakeholders with questions and issues regarding the process.
- Master Data (MD) Management: Request vendors, materials and assets creation in SAP; liaise with SAP Master Data team to support regular
- ups and efficiency on the management of SAP Procurement related items. - Operational Request Triage & Support: Monitor and triage Jira tickets and purchase requests received via Pivot (Procure-to-Pay system), prioritizing and routing them efficiently; check request quality and support raising common errors and potential mitigation plans; serve as a central point of contact for procurement operations queries.
- KPI & Reporting Support: Support in gathering and organizing data for Procurement operational KPIs and dashboards; collaborate with Procurement leadership to improve visibility and insights into process performance.
Your Story
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years in procurement operations, purchasing, or a similar support function is a plus.
- Experience with SAP and Jira (or similar ticketing systems).
- Familiarity with P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset; ability to identify and propose process optimizations.
- Self-starter with initiative and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to support operational reporting needs.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a multinational or
- paced environment. - Knowledge of capital asset accounting or intercompany processes.
