Overview

Procurement Planner (f/m/div. ) – Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal, Braga, Portugal. Full-time, starting by agreement. Salary and benefits as per local policy. Hybrid work conditions and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for raw material planning and stock management.
• Assure and monitor supplier deliveries confirmations daily.
• Provide feedback on raw material availability when simulating customer order variations.
• Act as the interface with the supplier for planning discussions and improvements to achieve KPI targets such as On Time Delivery (OTD).
• Interface for logistics claims negotiations.
• Ensure daily crisis management and monitor critical parts delivery with suppliers.
• Monitor and follow up KPIs related to suppliers under your responsibility (OTD, stocks, etc. ).

What Distinguishes You

• Enthusiasm for logistics and supply chain; enjoys collaborating with internal customers and international teams; proactive in problem solving.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation in difficult situations, and ability to manage a stressful work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP or similar ERP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably logistics.
• Education in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to understand complex technical tasks and be
  - oriented and
  - organized.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) mandatory.

Qualifications

• Education: Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience: minimum 2 years in industrial operations, preferably in logistics.
• Languages: English fluency required.
