Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Be responsible for raw material planning and stock management;
- Assure and monitor supplier deliveries confirmations daily;
- Give feedback about the impact in raw material availability whenever there's a simulation for customer ordervariation;
- Act as the interface with the supplier for planning discussions and improvement, to achieve the goals for the
KPI "On Time Delivery"; - Be the interface for logistics claims negotiation;
- Assure crisis daily management and monitor critical parts delivery with suppliers;
- Monitor and
- up the KPIs related with the suppliers under your responsibility (OTD, stocks. . . ).
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic for logistics and all the supply chain, we desire someone that has fun to collaboratewith internal customers and international teams; like to identify and solve tricky problems. Enjoy the teamtogether at office as well with home office;
- Know How: We want someone with knowledge about procurement processes, negotiation in difficult situationsand able to manage stressful work environment;
- Proficiency in MSOffice, namely in Excel;
- Preferred knowledge in SAP or similar ERP;
- Personality: We are looking for someone with a strong teamwork ability, communication skills and continuousimprovement;
- Experience: We are looking for someone with a minimum 2 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably in logistics;
- Education: Background in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering or similar;
- Working: Good skills to understand complex technical tasks and being
- orientated and Self-organized; - You have an analytical mindset;
- Languages: Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
