YOUR TASKS
- Conduct analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to streamline operations.
- Utilize process improvement methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean, or Agile to design and implement enhancements.
- Define new processes and procedures and develop training materials and train staff.
- Communicate process changes and benefits to all relevant parties.
- Coordinate with inventory control teams to ensure accurate stock records and efficient replenishment processes.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance.
- Conduct regular process audits and evaluations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make
- driven decisions. - Skilled in process mapping and analysis tools (e. g. , Visio).
- Motivated and committed personality with a high drive and ownership.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work in an international team.
- Profound knowledge of SAP ECC (mainly module MM) and MS Office; additional expertise in SAP S/4 Hana and Teamcenter would be beneficial.
- Willingness to travel if needed, especially between the company locations in DE-Hamburg, DE-Rostock, and ES-Pamplona.
