We are recruiting on behalf of our client – a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

You will work for a global innovator in diabetes care technologies, dedicated to developing advanced insulin delivery solutions that simplify daily disease management. Their mission is to empower patients, families, and healthcare professionals through smarter, more connected systems.
About the role
In this position, you’ll support the full O2C cycle—from processing customer orders and issuing invoices to managing collections and reconciling accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in accounting or finance who wants to gain experience in international operations within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare and issue invoices and credit memos in line with company guidelines.
- Apply incoming payments and ensure proper account reconciliation.
- Review outstanding receivables and contact customers regarding overdue payments.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and escalates complex issues to senior team members. Support month‑end and quarter‑end activities, including reconciliations and audit requests.
- Keep customer master data up to date in the ERP system.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Excellent command of French language minimum C2 and advanced English (C1 level).
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or general Finance operations.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Skilled in MS Excel (v‑lookups, pivot tables preferred).
- Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Net
Suite, etc. ) is an asset. - Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and customer‑focused attitude.
- Meal allowance: €167. 86 net/month (paid over 11 months via meal card).
- Health insurance coverage from day one.
- Permanent contract with a 90‑day trial period.
If You Are Moving From Abroad
- 4 weeks of paid Airbnb accommodation in a one‑bedroom apartment.
- Flight reimbursement up to €300, plus airport transfer reimbursement up to €40.
- Full support with finding long‑term housing.
- €100 meal voucher bonus (Visa card) after the first month of employment.
- Option for a €400 relocation loan after one month to help with rent expenses (repayable over four months).
