Main Responsibilities:

• Manage market tenders, evaluate supplier proposals, perform bid analysis, and provide recommendations for supplier selection.
• Negotiate deals and contracts to achieve optimal commercial, compliance, and contractual outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure functional KPIs, SLAs, savings targets, and data accuracy are met.
• Conduct spend analysis to proactively identify savings opportunities.
• Support RFx, e
  Auction events, and category management initiatives.
• Coach and support junior colleagues while acting as a category champion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing, ideally in IT category.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure with a
  - oriented mindset.
• Experience with Source-to-Contract tools and
  - sourcing platforms.
• Strong English skills - Portuguese or other languages such as French, Spanish or German is a plus.
