Procurement Specialist (M/F/X)

Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, more specifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira. We are looking for a highly motivated and
- oriented Procurement Specialist (M/F/X) to join our team at the Penafiel workshop. We seek a professional with proven experience in optimizing supply chain operations.

In this role, you will contribute significantly to the efficiency of our processes by ensuring procurement objectives are met. You will engage in challenging projects, adapt to diverse contexts, and propose innovative solutions. We value a proactive approach and a continuous drive for improvement.

As a Procurement Specialist, your mission will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the workshop’s supply chain. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating on the management of scarcity and quality alerts.
• Actively participating in new product development, ensuring necessary procurement.
• Conducting stock analyses to optimize inventory levels.
• Effectively communicating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless process flow.
• Supporting the creation of performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing procurement plans aligned with company objectives.
• Ensuring the execution of plans by monitoring material flow and coordinating involved teams.

This position is for you if:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a similar field.
• You have experience in supply chain, specifically in planning and procurement management.
• You are customer and
  - oriented.
• You demonstrate proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e. g. , Power
  BI).
• You possess strong analytical skills, rigor, organization, communication, adaptability, and proactivity.
