Main Responsibilities:

Lead sourcing initiatives for
- related services and suppliers.

Organize and manage RFx processes, evaluate proposals, and negotiate deals.

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify
- saving opportunities and ensure compliance with sourcing standards.

Support
- specific reporting and KPI tracking.

Coach junior colleagues and act as category champion.

Requirements:

Proven track record in marketing procurement or sourcing.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Analytical mindset and ability to identify
- saving opportunities.

Experience with
- sourcing tools and Microsoft Office.

Fluent in English; Portuguese or any other languages such as French, German, Spanish is a plus.
