Are you meticulous and passionate about delivering operational excellence? Join our Procurement team in Porto as a Procurement Specialist and play a vital role in supporting our centralised procurement model. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage RFQs, purchase orders, and rate compliance across multiple markets. This role is key to ensuring
- party costs are accurate, efficient, and aligned with our processes and standards. If you thrive in a

What you’ll be doing

• Manage
  -
  - end RFQ and PO creation in Coupa across supported markets.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm rates and clarify cost details.
• Ensure compliance with agreed rate cards and procurement policies.
• Provide accurate cost inputs and timely updates to internal teams.
• Maintain records and support smooth PO-to-invoice processing.

The skills & experience needed as Procurement Specialist

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or equivalent.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing or order management.
• Knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
