Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, components, and services required for production, construction, and drilling operations. This role is critical in ensuring the timely availability of quality goods at competitive prices, contributing to the overall efficiency and
- effectiveness of the project supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Procurement of small to medium equipment packages, following Supply Chain procedures.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and procedures.
- Provide regular status and progress reports.
- Maintain knowledge of commodities, manufacturers, and sources.
- Sourcing and development of Bidders List.
- Pre-qualification of suppliers.
- Prepare and issue RFQs or ITTs.
- Evaluate quotations, conduct bid clarifications, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Review supplier qualifications and coordinate with Legal.
- Perform TCO/LCC analysis.
- Prepare recommendations for awards and draft contractual terms.
- Issue Purchase Orders in IFS.
- Administer variations and verify supplier schedules.
- Identify disruptions, propose mitigation, and work with suppliers.
- Manage contract
- out and documentation. - Perform expediting, logistics, and receiving tasks.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Ideally 5 years in procurement, offshore oil and gas experience is advantageous. Familiarity with ERP systems, especially IFS, preferred.
Skills: Good communication, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail. Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, logistics, and contractual issues. Fluent in English; secondary languages are a plus.

The position may require temporary assignments at project sites away from the home office.
