We are looking for a Procurement Support Specialist (P2P Specialist) to join a dynamic and international environment, contributing to the digital transformation of procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process purchase requests for time and material services.
- Provide user support to internal stakeholders and suppliers on procurement processes and tools (e. g. , Ivalua, Docu
Sign). - Support the rollout of procurement tools across different business units, including demos and user training sessions.
- Analyze user feedback and support tickets to identify opportunities for process or tool optimization.
- Monitor and ensure data quality in procurement operations.
- Contribute to
- functional projects and initiatives within the procurement support function.
What we’re looking for:
- Education in management or similar.
- Experience in procurement support, user assistance, middle office, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Comfortable with digital tools and enterprise software (experience with Ivalua and Docu
Sign is a plus). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Teams.
- Experience in change management or user training is valued.
- Fluency in French and English is required (written and spoken).
