Job Description

We are seeking a Team Leader for our Sourcing team in Lisbon. The role involves managing business operations, supporting procurement activities, and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Operations Management: Support the Head of Sourcing in managing assessments, promotions, competencies, training, and development. Propose and supervise the implementation of procurement policies, standardize processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
