As a Procuremen technician, you will play a critical role in sourcing/procurement, focusing on indirect OPEX and operational activities, handling supplier negotiations, PR/PO management, RFQs, material approvals, and contract renewals, with solid experience using SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational procurement transitions within SAP to enhance relevance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for various categories.
• Manage the end‑to‑end competitive bidding process (RFQ/RFP).
• Negotiate and finalize legal agreements with suppliers.
• Process a high volume of transactions by issuing Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
• Review and resolve discrepancies between supplier invoices and issued POs.
• Submit and manage requests for the creation of new suppliers in the system.
• Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders, primarily Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance (QA).
• Use of strong English communication skills in an international work environment.
• Demonstrate proactive initiative and a consistent focus on achieving results.
• Lead Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes for existing suppliers.
• Negotiate key commercial terms including price, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in procurement or strategic sourcing roles.
• Proven hands‑on experience with SAP ERP systems, specifically for procurement transactions (e. g. , PO creation, master data management).
• Demonstrated experience in managing indirect OPEX (Operational Expenditure) categories, such as MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), services, or similar.
• Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end procurement process, from sourcing to payment.
• Experience in developing sourcing strategies, running competitive bids (RFQ/RFP), and conducting supplier negotiations.
• Full professional proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for an international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to technical details and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate on technical reviews without direct leadership responsibilities.
