Procurement Trainee
Reporting to the Procurement Processes & Improvement Manager, the Procurement Trainee has the mission of overseeing the management of materials sourced from
- designated suppliers.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with
- directed suppliers to ensure compliance with delivery schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and the internal stakeholders.
Monitor and is responsible for feeding ERP with prices and updating them whenever needed.
Generate and deliver reports on supplier performance, material costs, and delivery accuracy to stakeholders.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
Work along with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
We are looking for:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Management or similar;
• Good communication skills, with a strong team player profile;
• Proactivity and willingness to learn;
• Fluency in English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
