Reporting to the Procurement Processes & Improvement Manager, the Procurement Trainee has the mission of overseeing the management of materials sourced from
- designated suppliers.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with
  - directed suppliers to ensure compliance with delivery schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and the internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and is responsible for feeding ERP with prices and updating them whenever needed.
• Generate and deliver reports on supplier performance, material costs, and delivery accuracy to stakeholders.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
• Work along with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.

We are looking for:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Management or similar;

- Good communication skills, with a strong team player profile;

- Proactivity andwillingness to learn;

- Fluency in English;

- Good knowledge of MS Office.
