Role Description

We are looking for a
- on Mobile Game Producer with proven experience in mobile production to oversee the development and live operations of our games.

The Producer will manage the product backlog, track KPIs, live ops metrics (DAU, ARPDAU, churn), collaborate with
- functional teams, and support the production of new games within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key mobile gaming KPIs (such as LTV, Retention, ARPU) as well as live ops metrics (DAU, ARPDAU, churn) and making
  - driven inferences when needed.
• Collaborate closely with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver
  - quality mobile games.
• Create and communicate clear product roadmaps.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and player needs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, refinements, retrospectives).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production within the mobile gaming market (mandatory).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the mobile gaming market and genuine interest in mobile games (playing regularly is a plus).
• Ability to interpret data and KPIs to guide product decisions.
• Experience in task and project management using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Scrum/Product Ownership (e. g. , PSPO, CSPO).
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Aha!, Confluence.
