• Answer incoming customer queries promptly and efficiently.

• Identify issues and provide effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Record and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.

• Provide
  - hoc support as needed.

• Collaborate with your team to achieve project success.

• Native level of German and good level of English.

• Strong communication skills and
  - service orientation.

• Attentive listener, comfortable interacting with people.

• Energetic, proactive, and motivated to work in a
  - paced environment.

• Interested in sports, fitness, or retail.

• Excited about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.

• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon.

• Valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory).

• Contract : Long-term
  - term contract, renewable yearly.

• Working hours : Full time, 40h/week.

• Salary package (gross/month):
  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €950–€1, 100

  • Without accommodation: €1, 300–€1, 400

• Training compensation : 50% of salary during training (1–4 weeks).

• Reimbursement of your initial flight after 9 months.
