Product Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather business requirements and assess them in terms of business value and ROI.
• Conduct impact assessments and identify dependencies
• Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Write and update functional specifications (FUS), wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans.
• Ensure specifications are clearly communicated and understood by both business and technical teams.
• Support the QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and verifying business requirements.
• Review functional implications of technical decisions.
• Facilitate
  - making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design.
• Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Retail digital solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as applicable (daily
  - ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives).

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis role.
• Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.
• Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
• Experience with Retail applications and how to design and optimize them.
• Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices.
• Technical aptitude and ease working in
  - driven environments.

Education & Language
