Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Agent will include:

• Mentoring customers and presenting product/service information
• Providing the best answers and solutions to customer questions via phone, email, or social media
• Delivering calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer issues
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve cases and issues
• Contributing to the success of your department
