Location: Hybrid - Lisbon (Portugal)

Ovyo is an professional services company specializing in the satellite, telecommunications, media, and broadcasting, transportation and many more sectors. Our management team is located in the UK and Portugal and we have technical teams based across Europe and India.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives.
Conduct business analysis (interviews, process mapping, documentation of current and future states).
Lead retail projects and
- streams within global deployment programs.
Plan and coordinate retail system and boutique rollouts (infrastructure, cutover, onsite support, and hypercare).
Perform gap analysis, gather/refine functional requirements, and track design decisions.
Ensure alignment with other streams and integration with SAP, POS, and GK systems.
Monitor SLAs , prepare reporting/dashboards, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage escalations.
Support and mentor team members , promoting collaboration and ownership.
Ensure ongoing support for retail solutions in coordination with technical team.
Requirements:
Solid experience with SAP Retail , especially in: SAP & POS interface integration; SAP SD order management, pricing, finance integration; and SAP UI5 and Fiori Launchpad (functional knowledge).
GK POS expertise : installation, configuration, log retrieval, troubleshooting.
Experience in inventory management tools such as Sovia.
Familiarity with infrastructure coordination and EFT terminal deployment.
Experience applying business analysis techniques , such as use case modeling, process flow
diagrams, and user story definition.
Understanding of cutover plans, hypercare methodology, and incident
- up.
Ability to investigate OSS notes before raising support tickets.
Strong skills in managing

- end project deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Service
Now and processes to manage incidents, requests, and change tracking related to retail systems.
