- driven Product Analyst to join our team and help us build products that truly transform global logistics.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze user behavior, product usage, and market data to uncover insights that drive product decisions
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define key metrics and success criteria
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking product performance, feature adoption, and customer engagement
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for the product roadmap
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact
• Identify opportunities for growth, retention, and monetization through data analysis
• Utilize APIs to extract, integrate, and analyze product and user data from multiple platforms
• Support customer feedback analysis to understand pain points and prioritize feature development
• Work with
  - functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency across systems

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related role—preferably in Saa
  S or tech startups
• Strong proficiency with SQL and
  - on experience working with APIs
• Experience with analytics tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into meaningful insights
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimental design
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present
  - driven stories to diverse stakeholders
• Highly curious and
  - oriented with a passion for
  - solving
• Knowledge of product management and agile development is a plus
• Experience with Python, or data science tools is a bonus
