About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our Digital Channels team. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our digital products, enhancing user experiences, and optimizing our digital platforms for engagement and conversion. This role involves working at the intersection of technology and finance, using
- driven approaches to innovate and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery efforts by understanding user needs, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization in digital channels.
• Collaborate with Product Designers to develop intuitive and seamless user experiences.
• Design, implement, and analyze customer feedback to optimize product features and journeys.
• Work with Data Analysts, Engineering, and Marketing teams to implement and optimize product initiatives.
• Use data insights to inform decisions, track performance, and improve product features.
• Ensure digital products meet usability and satisfaction standards, championing the voice of the customer.

Profile Needed

• 2-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or digital environments.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles with ability to translate customer needs into features.
• Proficiency in data analysis and
  - making based on data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in
  - functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges.
• Adaptability, growth mindset, and passion for continuous learning in fintech.
