Your Role & Responsibilities

• Review ECM (Engineering Change Management) requests and analyze the most practical solutions that align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to verify existing solutions or identify new ones as per established processes.
• Ensure effective communication with customers to gather data requirements for ECM processing and handle requests promptly.
• Maintain a strong service operations mindset while managing scope requirements.
• Address
  - hoc requirements efficiently to meet priority business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Required Work Experience

Prior experience in Engineering Change Management is an advantage.

Strong working knowledge of Wind
Chill PDMLink, SAP, and basic MS Office tools.

Experience with data analytics tools (e. g. , Power BI) is a plus.

Required Language Threshold:

• English: (C1-Level)
