Responsibilities

• Analyze customers and business problems to identify pain points
• Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions
• Present design work and articulate design decisions
• Update acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work
• Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review, feedback, final test build, and after release
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers and Developers
• Utilize multiple platforms, such as the employee portal, the employer portal, and the admin dashboard to solve customer support problems
• Build and update components in the Design system (designing and documenting components in Figma with the design system team)

Qualifications

• 4‑5 years of experience in end‑to‑end product design for web and mobile apps
• Strong knowledge and experience in both UX and UI design
• Experience with design systems
• Able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working with minimal oversight in a development team
• Experience contributing to all stages of the development process, from ideation to design QA
• Able to balance deep focus and efficient execution
