Responsibilities
- Analyze customers and business problems to identify pain points
- Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions
- Present design work and articulate design decisions
- Update acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work
- Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review, feedback, final test build, and after release
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers and Developers
- Utilize multiple platforms, such as the employee portal, the employer portal, and the admin dashboard to solve customer support problems
- Build and update components in the Design system (designing and documenting components in Figma with the design system team)
Qualifications
- 4‑5 years of experience in end‑to‑end product design for web and mobile apps
- Strong knowledge and experience in both UX and UI design
- Experience with design systems
- Able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working with minimal oversight in a development team
- Experience contributing to all stages of the development process, from ideation to design QA
- Able to balance deep focus and efficient execution
