WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Develop logic flows and consistent screens designed to support an
   -
   - end warehouse management system;
2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze the business processes, and integrate feedback into design iterations;
3. Design intuitive UI/UX for web and smart glasses;
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, diagrams,
   - scale flows, and user scenarios to effectively convey design concepts;
5. Present recurring design reviews to the customer’s team;
6. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team leads to support implementation and address any
   - related queries.

MUST HAVE

1. Hands-on exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical
   - solving, and working closely with requirements throughout the development process;
2. 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product/application development team;
3. Experience in understanding complex concepts, diagramming
   - scale flows with logic checks;
4. Understanding of accessibility standards and
   - end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS);
5. Experience in creating prototypes or detailed wireframes for complex applications;
6. Proficiency in Figma and similar tools;
7. Understanding of
   - centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility;
8. Have an available online portfolio;
9. Ability to work in EST time zone (5-6 hours coverage).

2. A deep sense of quality and attention to detail;
3. A proactive mindset and proven agility toward business goals change;
4. Ability to interpret the customer’s procedures and translate them into

5. Thorough at research – before even beginning the design, the candidate should have a process of doing comparative research / exploring all options;
6. Excellent critical thinking skills, we would love someone who can be the expert by recommending the best design and providing good reasons why.
